Shipping Policy: We offer free shipping for all orders above Rs 2,000 within India, and charge a flat shipping charge of Rs 100 for all orders below 2,000.
Return and Exchange Policy : All our products are made with utmost care and go through strict quality checks before shipping out. As all the products are natural, hand made and printed, it may lead to some colour and design variations, theses should not be viewed as defects.

We offer 7 days right to return and exchange.
Only in these 2 conditions we accept a return and exchange request:
a) The item is unusable.
b) The sizing is incorrect as per the standard sizing of the age group.

If you need to raise a return request for either of these 2 reasons, please email us on info@cottonbug.in with the subject line “Return request (Order Number)” and we will get back to you in 3 business days. Your email should include the reason for return as well as the relevant images of the issue (images of the products will need to be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition . Once our team investigates and reverts to you, we will reach out to coordinate the return.
We do not offer refunds for any orders. Once your email request for returns is approved, we will arrange the return pickup in the next 1-4 days. We only offer to exchange the product.
